Buying from PGD-Art Editions

Purchasing / Hold:

You can reserve any work of art by filling out the form that appears next to the description of the piece or by sending an email to shop@pgd.es

At the time of purchase please note:

Due to the unique character or limited editions of the works displayed on PGD-Art Editions, the availability of the piece must be confirmed prior to finalizing the sale. For this purpose, please fill out the Application for Reservation Form.

Once we have received the application and have verified availability of the chosen work, our sales department will contact you via email in order to discuss the different payment options available.

Prices

Prices on our web site include 21% VAT (except for sale to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries outside the European Union) and the cost of shipping to addresses in Spain.

The final price will be detailed in the email confirming the availability of work and may differ from that listed on the website in the following instances:

• Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and non-EU countries are exempt from VAT.

• Shipments outside of Spain incur additional charges that may vary according the method and rate tables of our delivery company. 
  

When will the purchase amount be charged?

We will only charge you after you have approved the method and timetable for delivery of the work of art and the total purchase amount.

Once we have received notification of payment, we will expedite the delivery of the purchase.

Guarantee of authenticity:

Every work of art is accompanied by a proof of sale and a guarantee of authenticity. The shipment will include:

• Certificate of authenticity of original work for editions of graphic art.

• Certificate of authenticity as an original work for sculptures

Returns policy:

• If you are not satisfied with that the work of art, you may return it to us within seven days from the date of receipt for a refund (less shipping). You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and insuring the delivery to PGD-Editions of Art.

• PGD-up Art Editions reserves the right to refuse refunds on works that upon return inspection are not in the same condition as when delivered.

Methods of payment:

The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• -Credit card or debit card (via Redsys secure payment)
• -Bank transfer
• -PayPal (via PayPal Inc. secure payment)

Delivery methods and timetable:

Following confirmation of the payment, PGD-Art Editions promises to dispatch the work of art within fifteen days. Shipments are made via courier, and the pieces are protectively wrapped and accompanied by documentation.

Terms and conditions of service:

The terms and conditions for use of our website and our data protection policy are found in our legal notice. It is understood that users of our reservation and sales service have read and accepted them.
